This painting started off as “just a woods picture”, however, in the middle of painting it I discovered that I was actually creating my sister (Heidi’s), In-laws home drive way. This was the home her husband grew up at! So cool! I am now gifting it to the family since I know it will mean more to them then anyone else. š
This Week is my twin sisters (Heidi) wedding. I have have to admit that this is not the most crazy thing to happen in the past couple of years. Seems like in fact that there has been crazy changes constantly, my life is the exact opposite from boring. Last year two of my best friends got married, I was a bridesmaid in both. Then I saw Heidi becomeĀ engagedĀ and next it was me. I am her maid of honor and Heidi will be mine. I am not looking forward to the maid of honors speech, mostlyĀ becauseĀ i know i will cry either from being nervous orĀ becauseĀ of a reality check hitting me.
Heidi had me make her a painting for her sign in sheet instead of a guest book… which i thought was an awesome idea and quickly agreed! Its not finished yet, Heidi loves color so it will be Blue, Pink, and Ivory. Ill have to post aĀ finishedĀ pic š
