Time has been flying by lately, and feel like I hardly ever have time for art anymore!! Thankfully I finely got a night to myself yesterday.
This is a picture I drew in the spur of the moment, I had an idea of wanting a weeping willow and as I went I felt it needed lighting and it kind of just happened. I love how it turned out and I am happy that I thought of recording it. You can enjoy my speed video here. 🙂

This painting started off as “just a woods picture”, however, in the middle of painting it I discovered that I was actually creating my sister (Heidi’s), In-laws home drive way. This was the home her husband grew up at! So cool! I am now gifting it to the family since I know it will mean more to them then anyone else. 🙂
